According to the Regional project plan, the cluster includes one regional landfill, one mechanical-biological treatment facility, two sorting lines, and two secondary raw material preparation centres. It also pays attention to bio-waste processing \u2013 six centralised composting sites are already operating. The company handles not only collection but also accounting and monitoring of recyclables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" It\u2019s a model for other communities<\/em>,\u201d summarised <strong>Klas Svensso<\/strong>n from Avfall Swerige, representing the \u201cEast\u201d cluster.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These examples inspire and empower other communities in the Vinnytsia cluster to pursue systemic changes. The community shared its integrated approach, including sludge and sediment management within the overall waste system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tyvriv community:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The visit included the \u201cTyvriv Municipal Services Complex\u201d and the local landfill.
