The report explores tariff models across all 27 EU Member States and explains how tariff systems influence recycling rates, financial sustainability, and consumer behavior. It also compares European approaches with the current system in Ukraine.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The research shows that even with shared policy goals, countries apply different tariff models \u2014 creating space for tailored solutions.Sweden and Poland demonstrate more flexible systems with built-in incentives that encourage waste reduction and recycling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the key takeaways is that Ukraine could benefit from giving municipalities greater flexibility in setting tariffs.
