The household waste management system in the Lozivskyi Cluster is operational but remains vulnerable due to uneven service coverage, outdated infrastructure, and financial constraints. At the same time, the cluster has significant potential for change — thanks to community engagement, the development of inter-municipal cooperation, and support from international partners.
